Parent/caregiver participation and enthusiasm is required in our "child directed" toddler class. Our toddler class is designed to incorporate the earliest aspects of fitness and primary development for children who are walking age through 36 months of age. Class format uses shape courses, balance, swinging, and bouncing areas as well as music and games. The children develop balance, coordination, and confidence using basic gymnastics skills and creative movement. The instructor communicates through then parent to help accomplish goals for your child. Special consideration is given to parental/caregiver bonding while ultimately preparing then hold to separate and enter our next level of independent preschool gymnastics and motor skill development. For safety, siblings are not allowed to play in the gym during class. Infants in car seats are okay.
Girls Gymnastics Classes (Lily Leapers) Ages 6 and up
Girls are taught gymnastics through a USAG curriculum starting with level 1 gymnastics skills. Jumpers teaches in a fun, positive environment while working hard to build up strength and self esteem.
Our Polliwog Preschool series begins our first separated classes. Classes provide age 3-5 year olds a strong foundation in the basics of physical movement through developmentally appropriate skills. Children are introduced to the gymnastics apparatus in a fun and nurturing environment. Class format includes a warm up and stretching time, followed by circuit and individual event instruction as well as a creative movement ending activity. A low student to teacher ratio ensures personal attention and maximizes safety.
Boys and Girls Tumbling Classes (Tumbling Toads) Ages 6 and up
Jumpers tumbling classes are designed for boys and girls who are interested in floor and trampoline acrobatics. Great for improving body movement. Also wonderful for cheerleaders, ninjas, and stunt children.
